Terry understands that pharmaceuticals are not the only answer to mental health care.
Over the past few decades, there has been a strong trend towards the use of psychopharmacology for mental health problems. Many people are realizing that while medications can be very effective for some people, they are not the only solution.
Terry Thompson Horn is uniquely qualified in both conventional and integrative mental health.
Conventionally, Terry received her B.A. in Psychology at the University of Florida and her Masters at Georgia State University. She has been a licensed professional counselor for over 20 years.

She became a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist under the auspices of Harville Hendrix. Harville is the best selling author of Getting the Love You Want. Oprah Winfrey has called Harville "the greatest relationship therapist in the world" and listed an episode with him as her #2 "a-ha" moment in the 25 years of her show. Terry is highly respected within the Imago community.

According to Imago, marriage is not just a romance, it's a spiritual partnership about growth and healing. For many couples, romance starts to wear off and a power struggle begins. Imago helps to reestablish a connection and to build a new, more solid romance.
